The role

We’re looking for someone experienced in sales to join our partner success team and focus on increasing our industry-leading supply of 40,000 properties.

The Dyrt’s marketing team is passionate about fast growth and helping people get outdoors. You are someone who knows how to hit the ground running and continually surpass goals. You are excellent at communicating benefits with potential partners, but also asking a lot of questions to truly understand their needs. You’re goal-oriented and love to see your efforts pay off.

What you’ll do

  • Be an important part of increasing our supply of camping properties
  • Identify, consult, and onboard properties, spending most of your time on the phone
  • Continually ask questions while speaking with potential partners, then communicate those thoughts to the team to improve our offering
  • Be a key part of the marketing team and collaborate on initiatives
  • Share progress and results of your efforts with your team, helping each other work and learn together
  • Identify opportunities that we haven’t explored or successfully executed

What will drive your success

  • Experience with digital hospitality products
  • Experience with a fast growing start-up or new business line
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales
  • True enjoyment of talking with people on the phone and helping them grow their business
  • Ability to sift through large amounts of information and quickly identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • A passion for camping and the outdoors

This is a full-time remote position. Employees are expected to have high-speed internet and a professional working environment sufficient for clear video conferencing during regular working hours. Many of our employees work virtually from Portland, OR but we’re flexible on location and encourage all to explore. Our founders even work from their van.
