The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to drive our organic and paid growth programs. You’ll oversee SEO, ASO, and paid user acquisition. Primary metrics will be new installs and new website visitors. You will oversee a team of SEO and user acquisition experts and will report to the Head of Growth Marketing.

The Dyrt’s marketing team is passionate about fast growth and helping people get outdoors. You are someone who knows how to do more with less and how to maximize return to accelerate growth. You like to roll up your sleeves, but also have a clear vision for the future.

What you’ll do

  • Strategize and execute The Dyrt’s growth plan across both web and app
  • Lead app store optimization (ASO)
  • Manage search engine optimization and support SEO Manager
  • Manage User Acquisition Manager and design teams

What will drive your success

  • Paid performance marketing experience, particularly for app installs after the release of iOS 14.5
  • ASO experience and proven ability to identify keywords, make adjustments, and hit targets
  • Technical SEO experience, especially as related to how website architecture impacts SEO
  • Technical experience setting up and troubleshooting MMP, dashboards, etc.
  • Experience managing and expanding growth teams
  • A passion for camping and the outdoors
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading paid and organic growth efforts

This is a full-time remote position. Employees are expected to have high-speed internet and a professional working environment sufficient for clear video conferencing during regular working hours. Many of our employees work virtually from Portland, OR but we’re flexible on location and encourage all to explore. Our founders even work from their van.
